The C de Centeilles is the culmination of a winegrower's life: exploring the old vines, marking unknown grape varieties, having them identified, recovering the wood, checking their health, then having them propagated - this is the price to pay to find and replant the old Languedoc grape varieties.

After several vinification and blending trials, this vintage reveals the originality of these forgotten grape varieties: Piquepoul Noir, Riveyrenc Noir & Verdal, Morrastel Noir à jus blanc and Œillade.
