Cour de Récré từ nhà Domaine François Villard là một chai rượu trắng Crozes-Hermitage thanh lịch, tươi mát và đậm hương trái cây. Rượu được làm từ 90% nho Marsanne và 10% Roussanne, trồng tại vùng Mercurol.

Nho được ép ngay sau khi thu hoạch, quá trình lên men diễn ra trong các thùng gỗ lớn (foudres) ở nhiệt độ thấp, sử dụng men tự nhiên. Quá trình lên men malolactic được kiểm soát và chỉ diễn ra một phần. Rượu được ủ cùng cặn mịn trong 9 tháng trong các thùng gỗ lớn (foudres).

Cour de Récré from Domaine François Villard is an elegant, fresh and fruity white Crozes-Hermitage. The wine is made from 90 % Marsanne- and 10% Rousanne grapes grown in Mercurol.The grapes are pressed directly after harvest and the fermentation is done in large oak barrels (foudres) at low temperature and with natural yeast. The malolactic fermentation is partially stopped. The storage is done with the lees for 9 months in large oak barrels (foudres).
